Warranty
Your guitar is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ten years from delivery, subject to the exclusions contained within.
Warranties are non-transferable.
The following exclusions apply:
- Any instrument that has been worked on, repaired or modified in any way by you, an acquaintance or any non-approved luthier or technician
- Any guitar that has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or improper maintenance
- Any instrument that has been subjected to extremes of humidity, direct sunlight, and heat or temperature changes
- Any instrument that has been subjected to moisture
- Freight damage of any kind
- Any subjective matter such as tonal characteristics
- Any set-up adjustments required for personal use, including but not limited to truss rod adjustments, intonation, string height or pickup height
- Normal wear and tear of any part of the guitar, including but not limited to frets, strings, metal plating and scratches or wear on the finish
- Hardware and pickups
- Incomplete, unfinished or project guitars
We will not be liable for any expenses, claims or suits arising from loss of earnings, lost profits, indirect or incidental damages resulting from use, non-use or performance of the guitar.
Repairs excluded from this warranty will be charged back to you, including shipping costs, before your guitar is returned.
